IMPROVING LEARNING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH CLASSROOM ACTION RESEACH TRAINING

In the learning process, the use of appropriate methods is one of the keys to learning can take place according to the learning objectives. Therefore, teachers must be able to apply appropriate methods according to the characteristics of learners as well as to achieve learning objectives.

To support these efforts, Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar  together with the Denpasar City Ministry of Religious Affairs held a The Sixth Batch of Classroom Action Research Training.

The training, which was held from 06^th to 11^th February 2023, was opened directly by the Head of the Denpasar City Kankemenag Ida Bagus Ketut Rimbawa, S.Ag and also attended by the Head of the Islamic education section of Denpasar City

In his remarks, the Head of the Denpasar City Kankemenag expressed his appreciation to BDK Denpasar for the implementation of this training which is urgently needed by teachers.

"This training is significantly important for increasing our knowledge and how to process and improve learning in the classroom. Teachers conduct classroom action research in order to plan learning by observing the situation in the classroom and the condition of the students themselves," said Ida Bagus

Furthermore, Ida hopes that participants will really take part in the training from beginning to end so that teachers can carry out research activities as an effort in professional development

The training which was attended by 40 teachers of MTs, MA, SMP and SMA in Denpasar City was held at Wisma Sejahtera Ministry of Religious Affairs, Regional Office of Bali Province.

During the training, participants obtained material from BDK Denpasar trainers, Ni Made Sri Agustini, S.S., M.Pd and Amalia Puspayanti, S.Si., M.Pd. and accompanied by the organizing committee, Deddy Nur Prasetya, Ni Kadek Ceryna Dewi, and Ida Ayu Kade Mas Uttari Dewi
