NO EMPLOYEES OF THE MINISTRY OF RELIGION OF BADUNG REGENCY ARE UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE STIPULATED PERFORMANCE
Performance assessment is essentially a
key factor in the effective and efficient development of an organization. This
is due to a better policy or program on human resources.
Individual performance assessment is
very profitable for the dynamics of overall organizational growth. By this
assessment, it can be known the true condition of how civil servants perform.
Regarding to this issue, the Denpasar
Religious Training Centre conducted Technical Training on Performance
Assessment of Civil Servants Batch II at the Office of the Ministry of
Religious Affairs, Badung Regency.
The training was officially opened by
the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Badung Regency,
I Komang Giriyasa, SE., M.Si, In his remarks, the Head of the Office expressed
his gratitude for the implementation of this training because it is very
suitable for the needs of civil servants in the Ministry of Religion, Badung
Regency.
The training, which will be held for 6
days from 6th to 11th February 2023, is expected to lead more to practice and
discussion so that the trainees who are representatives of each function / unit
are able to communicate to their colleagues.
"Therefore, there are no employees
of the Ministry of Religion of Badung Regency who are unable to complete the
stipulated performance and can avoid administrative sanctions," said Giriyasa.
This training was attended by the State
Civil Apparatus as many as 30 participants. Participants received training
materials from BDK Denpasar trainers Ni Luh Sukmawati., SE, MM and Alifah
Anggun Pratiwi, M.Acc and accompanied by three organizing committees, namely Ni
Luh Yunita Dastrini, Siti Yulaekah, and I Komang Adi Pramana Putra
